We are committed to providing merchandise of the highest quality. However, despite best efforts, damage may occasionally occur during transportation. In such rare instances, we request that customers take the necessary steps to report and take actions on.
Please thoroughly inspect your shipment upon arrival. If any visible damage is detected, please refuse the shipment and notify Next Deal or the carrier without delay. If concealed damage is discovered after receipt, kindly report all issues to Next Deal within 5 business days. Please be aware that we cannot honour returns or process damage claims beyond this 5-day period. Upon notification, we will initiate a claim with our suppliers to facilitate a resolution.
Our suppliers will issue a return label for any defective rugs and provide full refund. However, if upon inspection it is discovered that the item to be non-defective it will be treated as change of mind. Our supplier will charge for a 20% restocking fee and cost of the freight will be deducted from refunds total amount.
You will be provided with RA printable label sent to you by email with further instructions. Please return all products in the original or equivalent packaging.
Change of mind
Please notify Next Deals within 7 days of receiving your merchandise if you wish to return an item.
Return Requirements
Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) and facilitate a seamless return process.
Wrong item’s sent
in the event of an error attributable to Next Deals or their suppliers, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange alternative return arrangements. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a full credit will be applied, including reimbursement for freight costs.
Examples of errors covered under this policy include:
- Size or item discrepancies
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Duplicate shipments
- Order cancellations prior to shipment
- Any other error caused by our suppliers.
