Return Policy

At Next Deals, we're committed to your complete satisfaction. While we strive for perfection, occasional issues may arise. Please find the steps outlined below:

For returns for rugs please refer to our policy here. For all other items please refer to below policies.

Change of mind

Next Deals does not accept change of mind for following products

ü  Health and safety products

ü  Bulk purchases

ü  Products that have been opened this excludes rugs.

All return requests must be made within 10 days of products delivered to customers. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be treated as change of mind, including those returned to sender due to being unclaimed.

If customer does changes mind before the item is received, Next Deals should be contacted, we will create “Return to sender” RTS request with our supplier’s.

If a change of mind request is accepted by our suppliers
a) we may provide you a return label, we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus return postage and a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee.

b) we may not provide with the return label, we will refund you the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee.

c) If you the customer change your mind before the item is received and requires the action of return to send (RTS), we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee. Refund for RTS will be provided after the item is received at our/supplier warehouse facility.

 

Change of mind procedure

  1. Please send us enquiry via email info@nextdeals.com.au about the change of mind requests. Please provide us details such as product name, images and reasons why you want to initiate a return process.
  2. One of our customer service team will get in contact with you via email about the item and provide you with further information.
